My name is Hrishikesh Anand, and I have taken up the challenge to run a mile for 21 days. A challenge that I faced was the outdoor conditions for the run, as if it was too hot, I would get exhausted easily. I am trying my best to keep pushing through, as I want to be well prepared for the Volleyball season ahead of me. My goal at the end of these 21 days is to run a mile faster and be more agile. I also want to push myself to the limit and challenge myself. This is a picture of my run.
My name is Sandhya, and my challenge is to exercise every day. Starting out, it was very difficult because it was hard to find time in my day to exercise and once I started working out, I would feel very tired quickly. But, as I kept going with my challenge, the workouts felt easier, my mood improved, and I felt healthier. I have already started developing the habit of getting in a quick workout every day.
My name is Arya and my yoga challenge is pretty tough but I am still pushing through. I am trying my best to focus & increase my flexibility everyday. Doing online yoga with my community members & my family, motivates me to keep going. My goal at the end of the challenge is to improve my flexibility and cultivate mindfulness.
