Join us as we Volunteer with Mayor of San Jose Matt Mahan who has launched a neighborhood clean-up series focused on getting back to the basics and cleaning up our city. Every Saturday, volunteers gather in a different neighborhood to pick up litter, clear debris, and create a more beautiful city for everyone.

Join us as we Volunteer with Vibes & Smiles to help serve food, essentials, and hope to our unhoused neighbors in San Jose.
Your time and energy help bring hope, dignity, and smiles to our community. Whether you’re packing hygiene kits, handing out meals, or sharing words of encouragement, every small act makes a big impact.

Join us as we partner with ‘The Perfect Dog’ for their Puppies and Pancakes fundraiser where we will be serving pancakes for pups and humans.

Where: Orion Dog training

When: December 14th @ 8:00AM – 12:30PM

This volunteering involves:

• 8 am PT Volunteers assemble (Vendors for the Marketplace will arrive and do their own set up)
• 8 to 10 am PT Set up,decoration, Prepare – Puppy pancakes, sausage & bacon
• 10 am Arrival of pups & pawrents & networking
• 10:25 am – Welcome by Dieuwke
• 10:30 am PT – Pancake breakfast served with Coffee/OJ
• 11:15 am PT – Diana Rapa – her journey with The Perfect Dog
• 11:30 am PT – Activities for dogs co-ordinated by Orion
• 12:30 pm: Encourage pawticipants to visit vendor booths. Highlight – there will be a Festive Photo Booth and for a nominal donation they get 3 pictures to download.

Join us as we work with Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition to Volunteer for Forty Niners Games Bike Parking at Levi’s Stadium! With your help, they will provide excellent service to Levi’s guests and help take thousands of cars off the road. This reduces congestion and pollution and gives guests a viable alternative to sitting in traffic and parking lots.

Where: Levi’s Stadium

When: November 9th @ 10:30AM – 2PM

This volunteering involves:

• Greeting and explaining intake process to customers
• Setting up and breaking down canopies and bike racks
• Intake and registration of bicycles using QR codes
• Wheeling bikes to/from bike racks
• Lifting bicycles onto/off of bike racks
• Monitoring bikes during event
• Light data entry using QR codes
• Providing a great customer service experience with a welcoming demeanor

A meal will be provided for volunteers.

Join us at Hidden Villa to work in their farm. They donate 25% of the harvest to the food bank at the Community Services Agency of Mountain View.

Join us at Bark in the Park where Aram Sei will support The Perfect Dog rescue in their photo shoot for pups to raise money to support foster dogs in need.

We are excited to share that the July opportunity for volunteering will be at Aram Sei’s own event. The Youth volunteers of Aram Sei are organizing an entrepreneurship fair to provide an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to experience being business owners for a day while supporting a cause. Volunteer Commitment: 

1) On the day: 4:30PM – 8:00PM – Event set-up, helping entrepreneurs

2) Pre-Event: Offline marketing, spreading the word via social media, marketing at local events

Volunteer Role: 

• Set up supplies and equipment
• Help young entrepreneurs register
• Help youth organizers manage the booth area
• Break down and organize supplies and equipment

In June we will be volunteering at the 2025 Northern California Kidney Walk hosted by the National Kidney Foundation serving the West is a Bay Area tradition! We are looking for volunteers to help us with all aspects of this family-friendly 5K inside PayPal Park in San Jose, CA

Event Date: Sunday June 1st 2025

Time: 6AM – 12:30PM

Location: San Jose, CA

Volunteer Commitment: 

1) Early) 6am-10am (setup only) 

2)All-Day) 6am-12:30pm (setup to breakdown)

Volunteer Role: 

• Set up supplies and equipment
• Help Walkers register
• Help NKF staff manage the festival area
• Cheer and direct Walkers along the route
• Break down and organize supplies and equipment
• Provide support to NKF staff as needed
• We are also looking for volunteers (at least 2) willing to act as our mascot, Sidney the Kidney. We provide the costume, you provide the moves!

For the month of May Aram Sei volunteers will be preparing meals at Community Seva. Community Seva serves daily fresh hot meals for homeless individuals.

Each meal is curated by in-house nutritionists with an emphasis on balanced meals. On average, every month, they serve about 6000+ meals to unhoused individuals across Santa Clara and Alameda counties.

Volunteer Commitment: Needed for the entire 3 hours

Volunteer Role: Help prepare meals, meal prep, clean-up

We are super excited to be working with the city of San Jose on Viva Calle SJ as a recognized non-profit providing volunteering services on April 13th. Viva CalleSJ is a free Open Streets program in San José that transforms streets into car-free spaces for walking, biking, and community connection.

Event Date: April 13th 2025

Time: 10AM – 3PM

Location: Tamien Park, San Jose, CA

Volunteer Commitment: You can sign up in shifts of 1 hour from 10AM – 3PM

Volunteer Role: Help manage intersection to ensure it is safe for pedestrians and cyclists. Help manage Aram Sei Booth to share more about Aram Sei and the causes Aram Sei supports.

We will be heading to Santa Cruz on March 22nd to do a beach clean up with Save our Shores.
